Course Overview

In this course, candidates will delve into the relationship between capital and operations, how the human element impacts corporate infrastructure, and how the physical environment of a community contributes to the impression of a management team.

Candidates will be guided through the impacts that a management team has on resident experience and engagement and will learn about the systems, processes, and risk management that relate to underwriting management teams.

After learning the key elements and metrics for underwriting management teams, the course will close with a case study example and a final module on future trends that can be anticipated.
