Photo and Image Release: I hereby grant the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care, Inc. (“NIC”) the right to take, make, use, and/or reproduce visual and audio images and recordings of me individually, and of me with other people, including without limitation the right to use and reproduce images that I submit to NIC (individually or collectively, “Images”). I represent and warrant to NIC that in submitting any Images to NIC, I have full authority to do so and I am not violating the rights (including, without limitation, the copyright) of any other party in or to such Images. If this representation is untrue and NIC suffers any loss as a result, then I will indemnify and hold NIC harmless from such loss. I agree that NIC has unrestricted permission to make, use, publish, and republish the Images without notifying me, for purposes such as but not limited to inclusion of the Images in newsletters, brochures, websites, in the Investment Guide, and other publications. I acknowledge and agree that NIC shall have the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or retouch the Images to suit the context. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s) of the Images, including any written copy that may be created in connection the Images, or any right to be compensated for any use of the Images. I also hereby consent to NIC using any basic identifying information in connection with the Images, such as my name, my position/title/company, and if applicable the property/portfolio name. I have read this Release, and I understand its content. I hereby release NIC, and any party authorized by NIC to publish or distribute a finished product containing the Images, from costs, claims, damages or liability which I may have in connection with the taking or use of the Images.
