Course Overview
In this course, candidates will embark on a comprehensive exploration of the steps necessary to oversee the successful execution of a senior housing development project. Led by Joe Daniels, Vice President of Business Development at Direct Supply, candidates will be guided through the intricacies of project management from procurement to construction and beyond.
Through a combination of online videos, modules, and interactive activities, candidates will gain invaluable insights into the procurement of design and site planning partners, selection of construction services and delivery methods, design & permitting processes, construction bidding, funding, contracting, and the overall construction process.
The course also delves into sales & marketing strategies and concludes with an examination of emerging trends and innovations in senior housing development.
