Penton’s National Real Estate Investor and NIC Announce a Joint Survey on Trends on the Senior Housing Property Market
NEW YORK, June 26, 2014- Penton’s National Real Estate Investor (Nreionline.com) and the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC), are collaborating to create the first annual survey on the outlook for the seniors housing property market in terms of both its market fundamentals as well as its capital market trends. The survey will include the views of owners, builders, developers, lenders and investors in the seniors housing and care sector.
The survey results will appear in the September/October issue of National Real Estate Investor, which reaches 85,000+ members of the National Real Estate Investor community. In addition, the survey results report will appear on www.nreionline.com for one full year and will be available on NREI’s tablet and mobile app. The report will also be available at the 24th NIC National Conference, which will take place October 1-3, 2014 in Chicago.
