Madisen Medley is the Vice President of Business Development for Merrill Gardens, where she drives growth through acquisitions, development, and capital markets initiatives nationwide. Over the last ten years, she has supported the opening or acquisition of 5,100 units, bringing experience in market research, legal and licensure, operational underwriting, creative business planning, and strategic partnerships to market-rate senior housing. Her work spans acquisitions, debt financings, and the underwriting and capitalization of ground-up development projects.
An Ohio native, Madisen, is a graduate of Ohio University and earned her MBA from The University of Washington. She is actively engaged in advancing the senior housing industry through leadership roles with the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care, where she previously served as Chair of the Future Leaders Council and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Capital for Operations Focus Area Committee. She also contributes to industry education through Washington State University Granger Cobb Institute for Senior Living and serves as Governance Chair of the Board of Trustees for Northaven Senior Living.
