As LifeLoop’s SVP, Resident Engagement, Charles brings a wealth of experience in the senior living space. Prior to LifeLoop, Charles was the CEO and co-founder of Linked Senior, a resident engagement solution that touched 50,000+ residents in 600+ senior living communities. During that time, Charles developed and executed long-term strategic plans, identified growth opportunities, aligned organizational goals, and drove innovation, ensuring the company’s successful adaptation to market trends. He believes Old People Are Cool and has trust in #ActivitiesStrong, a concept and program developed to support senior living activity and life enrichment professionals.
Charles holds a Master's Degree in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University and a Master's Degree in International Management from Dauphine University, Paris. He also sits on the boards of The Validation Training Institute, EDEN Alternative and NCCAP.
