In this position, Dr. Horan will lead the research efforts of both NIC and its NIC Market Area Profiles (NIC MAP™) data and analysis service, which tracks properties in the nation’s top 100 metropolitan markets.

His addition to our team will increase the level of available research most valued by seniors housing and care financiers and providers.”
