Will Harrison is Senior Director of Investments at Benchmark Senior Living, one of the leading senior living operators in the Northeast. He is part of the company’s investment team, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing acquisitions and development opportunities, as well as managing relationships with Benchmark’s institutional capital partners.
Will began his career at Welltower, where he spent seven years on the investment team, evaluating and executing senior housing transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, JV recapitalizations, and developments. During his tenure, he was involved in transactions totaling more than $4 billion.
Will earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity College and is a CFA charterholder. He is based in Boston.
