With nearly two decades of global operational expertise, Troy excels in driving growth and leading complex businesses. Previously, he oversaw Nike’s Global Store Channels, supporting operations across 8,000 stores worldwide. Troy’s career also includes senior roles at Nordstrom and Claire’s, encompassing operations, strategy, and finance. His career began on Wall Street in investment banking and private equity.
Troy holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He resides in Seattle with his wife and two sons, where they enjoy attending Husky football games and participating in youth sports.
