With more than 20 years of experience in the senior housing industry, Rebecca brings a comprehensive perspective shaped by leadership roles in community operations, sales and marketing, regional oversight, and asset management.
She currently serves as Director, Asset Management with National Health Investors (NHI), overseeing a diverse portfolio of senior housing communities across the country. Working at the intersection of ownership, operations, and executive leadership, she evaluates performance, market dynamics, strategic opportunities, and long-term asset value while building strong partnerships that support portfolio objectives.
Prior to joining NHI, Rebecca held progressive leadership positions in senior housing operations. Her career also includes hands on community leadership as an Executive Director of both Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Rebecca graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in public administration and aging studies. Her education and experience across multiple disciplines have given her a unique understanding of senior housing from both the operations and ownership perspectives.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a proud wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family and cheering from the sidelines as an enthusiastic cheer and volleyball parent.
