Ken Segarnick believes that senior living is fundamentally a people business. Throughout more than two decades of leadership, he has focused on building organizations where exceptional resident experiences, empowered team members, and operational excellence drive sustained success.
At Brandywine Living, where he served as Chief Corporate Officer, he helped transform Brandywine into one of the premier senior living organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region, expanding to 32 communities across seven states. He led growth initiatives spanning acquisitions, development, operations, institutional partnerships, and expansion.
He later served as Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Senior Services, where he led a 47-community senior living organization operating across 12 states, improving operational performance and strengthening organizational infrastructure.
Today, he is Principal of KCS Growth Partners, where he advises senior living operators, boards, and investors on growth initiatives and value creation.
He currently serves as Chair of the Board for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC).
He is also a regular contributor and volunteer instructor with Cornell University’s Institute for Healthy Futures.
