Since 2017, Kathy has led Freddie Mac’s national Seniors Housing Underwriting and Credit team. She is responsible for spearheading the build of a nationwide credit and underwriting platform fully dedicated to financing rental housing for older adults. Freddie Mac is a secondary market Multifamily mortgage lender with over $50 billion of loans funded annually. Since 2009, the firm has funded over $22 billion of seniors housing loans and securitized them through Freddie Mac’s signature K and KS series platform.
