Jamie Cobb is Chief Financial Officer of Columbia Pacific Advisors, a Seattle-based alternative investment manager with $3+ billion in assets under management. Jamie oversees financial strategy, accounting, treasury, risk management, and serves as a member of the firm's Investment Committee evaluating acquisitions, capital deployment, and portfolio risk.

Prior to serving as Columbia Pacific’s CFO, Jamie was President of Real Estate Asset Management, leading an integrated asset management, FP&A, and accounting platform overseeing approximately $5 billion in real estate enterprise value across 150 assets, including 130 senior living communities throughout the U.S. and Canada. In that role, Jamie directed a 15-person team, drove portfolio-wide cash flow enhancement initiatives, and implemented a business intelligence platform to standardize performance metrics across Columbia Pacific’s senior living operating partners.

Earlier in Jamie's career, he spent 10 years at Cascade Investment, LLC (the investment vehicle for the Gates family and foundation), Jamie worked as a senior investment analyst and led it’s real estate asset management platform. He served on the board of directors of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2012 after Cascade’s acquisition of the company, serving on the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, is a CFA charterholder, and is a CPA (inactive). Jamie currently serves on the NIC Spring Conference Planning Committee.
