Greg Conner

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer / Trilogy Health Services

Greg Conner is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trilogy Health Services, a Louisville-based owner and operator of senior living communities and related healthcare services. In this role, he leads Trilogy’s finance organization, including accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, revenue cycle, treasury and capital markets, tax, and purchasing. He is responsible for the company’s capital structure, liquidity, and long-range financial strategy and partners with executive leadership on enterprise strategy, capital planning, strategic transactions, and growth.

Greg has more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, commercial real estate, banking, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, with more than $5 billion of transaction experience. Since joining Trilogy, he has held senior leadership roles spanning development, treasury, capital markets, corporate development, and finance. Among his significant accomplishments, Greg conceived and structured a private equity development fund, raised approximately $47 million of equity, and secured more than $161 million of total capital to develop five senior housing campuses. He later led Trilogy’s acquisition of its investment partners’ interests, completing the full investment lifecycle from formation and capital raise through development and exit.

Before joining Trilogy, Greg served as Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at AJ Capital Partners, where he oversaw a $1.5 billion debt portfolio. Earlier, he co-founded a national REIT banking platform at Associated Bank and held commercial real estate banking roles at Union Bank, RBS Citizens, and LaSalle Bank/Bank of America.

Greg earned an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with majors in Finance-Real Estate, Management, and Entrepreneurship.
