Chris Butigian serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Trustwell Living, where he supports the company’s growth strategy and capital and financial planning across its independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. He helps shape the company’s long-term direction and the financial and analytical framework that supports it.
With experience on both the lending and operating sides of seniors housing, Chris offers a well-rounded view of how capital, strategy, technology and day-to-day operations come together to support strong communities and outcomes for residents.
Chris holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware, and a diploma in Financial Modeling with a concentration in Real Estate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
