Brendan Cavanaugh is Vice President of Investments & Asset Management at Priority Life Care. He oversees the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new acquisition opportunities across the business, and leads the company's asset management function across a portfolio of roughly 70 senior housing communities. Brendan's primary responsibilities include portfolio-level performance oversight, capital partner relationships, and ownership of the underwriting process for new investment activity.
Prior to joining Priority Life Care, he served as Senior Director of Finance at Charter Senior Living and Vice President of Finance at Aviva Senior Living. He began his career in Asset Management at Benchmark Senior Living.
Brendan received his Bachelor's Degree from Franklin & Marshall College, with a double major in Business and Latin, and resides in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
