Mrs. Pendleton joined the One Clover Management team in 2014. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations. In addition to managing a diverse real estate portfolio that spans 15 states, she is also instrumental in the planning, scouting and building decisions of Clover Construction Management, Inc. and Clover Development. Under Allison’s leadership, Clover continues to actively seek out development opportunities in the Active Adult Space, while also expanding their 3rd party management operations.
