Alia Iqbal

Alia Iqbal serves as Director of Finance & Administration at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC), where she oversees finance, human resources, technology, and office administration in support of the organization’s mission. She provides financial oversight, leads reporting to the Board and committees, and manages key relationships with auditors, investment advisors, and other strategic partners. Alia brings more than a decade of nonprofit financial leadership experience, previously serving as Chief Financial Officer at the International Economic Development Council and in senior finance roles at the Rural Community Assistance Partnership. Throughout her career, she has led financial strategy, federal grant management, audits, and operational improvements to strengthen mission-driven organizations.
