New CMS Payment Models Explained

The CMS Innovation Center recently announced several new models, including MAHA ELEVATE and ACCESS, that are focused on lifestyle and functional medicine as well as advancing care coordination with outcome-based payments.

These new models are long-term efforts incentivizing prevention, wellness, and keeping older adults healthier for longer that will drive both innovation and investment for the next decade.
