Peter Kravaritis is an accomplished senior living executive with extensive experience in asset management, and operational strategy. At Sunrise Senior Living, Peter serves as a key leader responsible for driving portfolio performance, overseeing capital expenditure initiatives, and aligning real estate strategies with long-term growth objectives across the organization’s national footprint.
Peter holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance & Investments from DePaul University and a B.S. in Finance with Honors from DeVry University. He has also served as an adjunct lecturer at both DePaul University and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he taught various real estate courses, sharing his practical expertise with the next generation of industry professionals.
Prior to joining Sunrise, Peter was Vice President of Asset Management at Senior Lifestyle, where he led performance oversight for a national portfolio of senior housing communities. Prior to Senior Lifestyle, he served as an Asset Manager at JPMorgan, managing real estate investments and strategic initiatives.
