Jamie Gray is the Director of Volunteer Engagement at NIC. Jamie is a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA) with extensive non-profit and association management experience designing and promoting tools and programs to support volunteer engagement, leadership development, and governance.
She is responsible for developing and delivering programs to recruit, onboard, and integrate volunteers into NIC’s boards and committees, and building a strong system of training, support, and stewardship for volunteers and the staff who support them. She works closely with volunteer leaders to effectively utilize their time and skills, develop and refine their ideas and insights, and promote networking and connections. Jamie has a master’s in Community Leadership from Duquesne University and a bachelors in Political Science from Syracuse University. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys live music, traveling, and reading. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband, son, twin daughters, and rescue Border Collie.
