Brett Robinson

President / Sparrow Living

As the president of Sparrow Living, Brett Robinson is responsible for operations, sales, marketing, and lifestyle + engagement for the company. Brett and his team are keenly focused on creating the most robust sales culture, building the highest trust capital partner relationships, and delivering the most energizing resident lifestyle experience within Active Adult.

Prior to his role at Sparrow Living, Brett was the Managing Director of Sales with Greystar for the Active Adult Division. During his four years with the company, he played a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of their Active Adult business, growing their portfolio from 42 to 108 communities. Before joining Greystar, Brett led a consulting team for Clearwater Living representing The Carlyle Group, helping to create Active Adult best practices for operations, sales, and marketing.

Brett extensive background also includes traditional senior living experience, as he spent 9 years with Leisure Care. His tenure began as a General Manager for a community and during his time with the company accelerated up to Executive Vice President and Partner. Additionally, Mr. Robinson’s diverse background includes sales and marketing leadership for real estate development firms and national key account sales management for Unilever, a global consumer goods company.

Brett’s engagement with the senior living industry includes several committee memberships and speaker / panelist engagements for the NIC, American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA), Senior World Conference, and HJ Sims. Brett worked closely with ASHA and was an early task force member of the “Where You Live Matters” and “Messages That Matter” initiatives.

Brett obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Arizona and earned his Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
