To encourage more efficient networking opportunities, NIC limits registrations to 1,600 individuals, so register early to secure your spot. Registrations will be taken on a first-come first-served basis.

Important Information

If written notice of cancellation is received prior to August 6, 2009, you will receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee.
Cancellations after August 6, 2009 are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted. Email cancellation letters and substitutions to the NIC Registrar.
All substitutions after September 8, 2009 must be made on site.
NIC reserves the right to make changes to the conference program. Should circumstances beyond the control of NIC prevent NIC from holding the conference as scheduled, and such circumstances occur less than three weeks prior to the conference, registrations will be retained and applied toward the next scheduled NIC conference.
The Operator rates (subject to verification) are offered to those actively involved in the day-to-day management operations of a senior living facility and NOT offered to developers, passive investors, passive owners or asset managers. If your company is directly responsible for hiring the executive director and if he/she directly reports to your company then you are an Operator. Otherwise, you are considered to be a passive owner or asset manager at NIC events.
There will be a $25 administrative fee for all duplicate registrations. (Please check with others in your office to be certain that they have not registered for you. If you have attended an NIC event previously, you should not have to create a new profile.)
There will be a $50 administrative fee for all declined credit cards.
Please note that speaker registrations will count toward the total number of registrations needed to receive a group discount but the discount will not be deducted from the already reduced speaker registration fee.

CEU Credits:

NIC does not apply for CEU credits for its annual events. If you need proof of attendance at a specific session, please bring a form with you to the session and an NIC Room Monitor (located at the rear of the room as you exit) will sign off that you were in attendance. If you need a letter for attending the full event, please call the NIC offices after the event and we will be happy to provide you with a general letter of attendance.

Event Archives:

NIC maintains an archive of event materials. This archive includes PDF copies of past programs as well as audio recordings of key sessions. Programs may be viewed free of charge and audio recordings can be purchased for a nominal fee. Call Audio Excellence at (727) 360-6726 to purchase session recordings.
