Registration will be capped at 1600 attendees, accepted on a first come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early!

To encourage more efficient networking opportunities for our conference attendees NIC will again be limiting registrations to 1,600 individuals, so register early to secure your spot! Registrations will be taken on a first-come first-served basis.

There will be a $200 late registration fee for those registering after July 23, 2008 If a written notice of cancellation is received by July 23, 2008, you will receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee Cancellations after July 23, 2008 are non-refundable

Important Information

• If written notice of cancellation is received prior to July 23, 2008, you will receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee.
• Cancellations after July 23, 2008 are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted. Fax cancellation letters and substitutions to the NIC Registrar at (410) 268-4620.
• All substitutions after August 25, 2008 must be made onsite.
• NIC reserves the right to make changes to the conference program. Should circumstances beyond the control of NIC prevent NIC from holding the annual conference as scheduled, and such circumstances occur less than three weeks prior to the conference, registrations will be retained and applied toward the next scheduled NIC conference.
• The Operator rates (subject to verification) are offered to those actively involved in the day-to-day management operations of a senior living facility and NOT offered to developers, passive investors, passive owners or asset managers. If your company is directly responsible for hiring the executive director and if he/she directly reports to your company then you are an Operator. Otherwise, you are considered to be a passive owner or asset manager at the NIC Conference.
• There will be a $25 administrative fee for all duplicate registrations. (Please check with others in your office to be certain that they have not registered for you. If you have attended an NIC event previously, you should not have to create a new profile.)
• There will be a $50 administrative fee for all declined credit cards.
• Please note that speaker registrations will count toward the total number of registrations needed to receive a group discount but the discount will not be deducted from the already reduced speaker registration fee.
