Mike is responsible for overseeing the entire marketing process from initial analysis and underwriting to escrow management and transaction execution. Mike identifies with both private and institutional investors and often serves as the primary point of client contact.

Prior to starting-up Blueprint, Mike was an Associate at a leading national real estate investment firm where he successfully completed over $110 million in seniors housing transactions.
