Lexi Zager currently serves as Vice President of FP&A at Belmont Village Senior Living, where she oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for over 35 communities nationwide. In this role, she partners with executive leadership and capital stakeholders to drive profitability, support long-range planning, and deliver insights that inform key operational and investment decisions.
Lexi began her career in commercial real estate, specializing in industrial product types, and transitioned into senior living while at CBRE on the National Senior Housing investment sales team, where she helped underwrite over $1 billion in closed transactions across all levels of care. Prior to joining Belmont Village, she held leadership roles at Retirement Center Management, where she built enterprise-level analytics infrastructure and supported both investor relations and community-level strategy.
Lexi holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, with a double major in European and Mediterranean Studies and Art History.
In her personal life, Lexi dedicates significant time to volunteer work through both industry organizations and her local community. In 2018, she co-founded the Texas Assisted Living Association’s Young Professionals Network and has served in numerous leadership roles within the Junior League of Houston, particularly with their Sing Along With Seniors placement. She is also an active member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston’s Young Adult Division, serving in a leadership role on their advisory committee.
