Grant Blosser is a Managing Director at VIUM Capital, where he brings nearly a decade of experience in senior housing and healthcare real estate finance. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Grant works closely with owners and operators across the country to deliver thoughtful, relationship-driven capital solutions—drawing on deep expertise in HUD/FHA lending, bridge-to-permanent structures, and long-term portfolio strategy.
Before entering the senior housing and healthcare lending space, Grant began his career on Wall Street, where he developed a strong foundation in credit, structured finance, and client advisory work. That analytical background—paired with his warm, collaborative approach—has helped him build enduring partnerships throughout the industry.
Grant lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio, with his wife and their three children. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and making the most of family adventures. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College.
