Brooks Blackmon joined Blueprint in 2016. As an Executive Managing Director and Alabama native, he provides creative transaction advisory to seniors housing and healthcare real estate throughout the Southeast. He brings a solutions-based approach to each transaction that leverages his experience at a seniors housing operator as well as raising equity for a niche real estate investment firm. He is involved in Mentor Angels and the Imerman Angels Professionals Board.
