NIC Internship Program

NIC Internship Program

“Throughout my internship, I looked for places where I could add value and came away knowing much more about the industry. The internship also allowed me to hit the ground running when I joined Belmont full time nine months later. Internships really can become what you make of them.” – Richard Wang, Vice President of Investments & Strategy, Belmont Village Senior Living.

A New Generation of Leaders

The NIC Internship Program pairs students from top universities with leading firms in the quickly growing seniors housing and care industry. The program provides a new generation of leaders with the opportunity to gain practical experience and career options, while host companies gain access to highly talented graduate and undergraduate students eager to explore careers in the industry.
