Back by popular demand, the NIC Seniors Housing Boot Camp: The Art of Assessing a Deal provides professionals in seniors housing the opportunity to learn the best practices in deal assessment and market analysis.
Each three-week course features both live and self-guided content. In weekly virtual sessions, facilitated discussions enable attendees to analyze real-world scenarios, data, and case-study details, and to collaborate with fellow attendees on that week’s topics. The course concludes with a competitive bidding exercise, based on an actual case study.
At $395, this course is a fraction of the cost of the (pre-COVID) face-to-face offering it is based upon, yet offers all of the value, including working in small groups with peers and interacting with industry experts.
Seats are limited to maintain intimacy and quality of interactions. As a result, NIC Boot Camps typically sell out quickly.
April 2021 – SOLD OUT
Registered participants will gain access to the course starting April 12, 2021. For three weeks, participants will unveil new tools and resources in the hybrid self-guided and live virtual learning course. Live virtual interaction with fellow participants and subject matter experts will take place on Thursday, April 15, 22 and 29 from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. EST.
