NIC conducts a quarterly survey to further enhance the capital markets information provided on an aggregate basis. The NIC Debt Provider Survey is directed to bank/debt providers and asks about loan volume for seniors housing and care properties. In appreciation for completing the survey, NIC provides survey respondents with a complimentary report.
