Understanding Seniors Housing Demand, Choices, and Behavior: Insights From the AHEAD

and HRS Studies
This report analyzes data from two major studies, the Health and Retirement Study (HRS) and Asset and Health Dynamics Among the Oldest Old (AHEAD), which have been conducted every two years since 1993 by the University of Michigan.
