In this two-part session, you’ll get a detailed view into the current state of the capital markets and
what this means for capital availability for seniors housing and care. First, you’ll hear from a prominent
economist, Sam Chandan, PhD, - newly appointed global chief economist and EVP of Real Capital Analytics – who will use his expertise to provide strategic insight into policy and regulatory initiatives that impact commercial real estate. Following his forecast for commercial real estate fundamentals, Chandan will provide an analysis of seniors housing and the availability of capital for our industry. Next, John Moore, CEO of Atria Senior Living, will lead a panel
of top industry financiers who will drill down to how changing political and economic conditions are
impacting seniors housing and care financing, both now and in the coming year. You’ll learn about the
state of the capital markets as it relates to seniors housing and care, the types and respective costs
of available financing options, and how requirements have changed. You’ll also discover new types of
capital providers that are currently in the market and what types will likely be entering our industry.
If you’re an operator, developer or other borrower, you’ll learn where to look for debt and equity capital,
what to expect with respect to terms, and what’s going to be required of you. |
