Registration Cancellation Policy:
- If written notice of cancellation is received prior to January 15, 2010, you will receive a full refund
less a $200 processing fee
- Cancellations after January 15, 2010 are non-refundable
- Please email cancellations to the NIC Registrar
Registration Substitution Policy:
- Substitutions are permitted but must be made on site after February 23, 2010
- Please email substitutions to the NIC Registrar
Important Information
- If written notice of cancellation is received prior to January 15, 2010, you will receive

- Cancellations after January 15, 2010 are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted.

- All substitutions after February 23, 2010 must be made on site.
- NIC reserves the right to make changes to the event program. Should circumstances beyond the control
of NIC prevent NIC from holding the event as scheduled, and such circumstances
occur less than three weeks prior to the event, registrations will be retained and applied toward
the next scheduled NIC event.
- The Operator rates (subject to verification) are offered to those actively involved in the day-to-day
management operations of a senior living facility and NOT offered to developers, passive investors,
passive owners or asset managers. If your company is directly responsible for hiring the executive director
and if he/she directly reports to your company then you are an Operator. Otherwise, you are considered
to be a passive owner or asset manager at NIC events.
- There will be a $25 administrative fee for all duplicate registrations. (Please check with others in
your office to be certain that they have not registered for you. If you have attended an NIC event previously,
you should not have to create a new profile.)
- There will be a $50 administrative fee for all declined credit cards.
- There will be a $100 administrative fee for registering in the wrong registration category.
