State of the Industry: How do Capital Markets View Skilled Nursing?
How do lenders really view the Skilled Nursing industry? A panel of top financial experts will answer
that question and more as they examine Skilled Nursing from a capital markets perspective. This session
will provide you with the opinions and viewpoints of financiers, and you’ll discover what these lenders
like—and don’t like—about the sector. In a Q&A format, the panel will discuss how investors assess Skilled
Nursing as a specific asset type. You’ll hear about the unprecedented run of stability for nursing home
funding, as well as the transactions that are happening on a regional level. The panel will also discuss
the capital markets outlook on public and private companies’ equity, in addition to the debt markets.
