Registering Someone Else?
If you plan to register anyone else from your company (boss, co-worker, etc.), you must first be identified in our registration system as the Registrar for your company. To request to become your company’s Registrar, email the registrar with your full contact information. Once your request has been processed, you will receive account information and instructions via email.
Important Dates:
- Early Bird Deadline: August 6 (after which rates increase by $200)
- Cancellation Deadline: August 6 (before August 6, refunds less a $250 processing fee/after
August 6, no refunds issued)
- Substitution Cut-Off: September 8 (after which all substitutions must be made on-site)

Important Information
- NIC reserves the right to make changes to the conference program. Should circumstances beyond the control
of NIC prevent NIC from holding the conference as scheduled, and such circumstances
occur less than three weeks prior to the conference, registrations will be retained and applied toward
the next scheduled NIC conference.
- The Operator rates (subject to verification) are offered to those actively involved in the day-to-day
management operations of a senior living facility and NOT offered to developers, passive investors,
passive owners or asset managers. If your company is directly responsible for hiring the executive director
and if he/she directly reports to your company then you are an Operator. Otherwise, you are considered
to be a passive owner or asset manager at NIC events.
- There will be an administrative fee of $25 for all duplicate registrations. (Please check with others in
your office to be certain that they have not registered for you. If you have attended an NIC event previously,
you should not have to create a new profile.)
- There will be an administrative fee of $50 for all declined credit cards.
- There will be an administrative fee of $100 for registering in the wrong professional category
