Tools to Help You Network:
Networking Lounges - Two networking lounges, available for use throughout the conference, provide comfortable places for attendees to conduct business, with small group table settings to accommodate your meeting needs. New this year, Networking Lounge Meeting Points are identified on the maps in the back of this program, as well as marked by signage in the lounges. Reference these meeting points when scheduling your appointments to save time locating people in the crowded lounges.
- Lobby Level Networking Lounge (Java Bar)
The Lobby Level Networking Lounge, protected by security checkpoints to enhance attendees’ networking experience, has couches and chairs arranged in set-ups for small meetings. Visit the Java Bar, located in the center of the lounge, to grab coffee, a cold drink, or to hold a meeting at a table setting. Materials from Press and Industry Sponsors can also be found in the Lobby Level Lounge.
- Level Networking Lounge (River Exhibition Hall B)
If you prefer less of a crowd, more privacy, or space to spread out, hold your meetings in the River Level Networking Lounge. This lounge, located on Level 1 of the Sheraton, has ample tables and space for private meetings.
Electronic Message Board - The Electronic Message Board is available throughout the
conference so you can set up on-site appointments with other conference attendees in a user-friendly,
email-style format.
NIC Event Guide to Investors - The Event Guide to Investors will list company
profiles and contact information for all registered lenders, investors and financial intermediaries
who have submitted their completed information.
Cyber Café - Enjoy your coffee break at the Cyber Café, featuring online connections
to NIC’s updated and expanded Web site –
