2. Licensee must use the PointRight^® mark(s) in the required format at least once when used in descriptive text in the trademarked materials; Licensee may display the mark(s) in the same font style and same size as the surrounding text at least once.
3. Licensee must display the PointRight^® mark(s) prominently on the first page of each trademarked material.
   • Ideally, display the PointRight^® mark(s) in the top center of the page or at the top of page offset to the right.
   • The mark(s) must have a minimum width of ½ inch or 45 pixels.
4. Licensee must use the PointRight^® mark(s) consistently.
5. Licensee does not have a right to use any other PointRight^® trademark, including “POINTRIGHT” standing alone, without express permission from PointRight.
6. All written, graphic, digital, or otherwise fixed references to PointRight^® metrics or to their associated methodologies and documentation must include the following copyright notice:
   • ©2018 PointRight Inc.
7. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that incorrect or inappropriate use of PointRight^® trademarks, logos, or copyright notices may result in the revocation of this License, as well as a stoppage of supply of data and/or legal action by PointRight^® with respect to Licensee. NIC has granted PointRight the right to monitor the use of the PointRight^®trademarks.
